摘要
对272例病人进行了286次深静脉穿刺置管。阐述了锁骨下静脉、颈内静脉及股静脉穿刺置管的部位选择和操作过程,并介绍了三种内通道在临床治疗及监测上的应用以及深静脉穿刺置管的禁忌症和并发症。对这项医疗技术的优越性及注意事项进行了讨论。
A total of 286 venipuncture and catheterization in 272 patients were performed. The author described the method of venous puncture and cannulation via subclavian, internal jugular and femoral vein routes. Use of the 3 intravenous lines for the clinical therapy and monitoring was present. Besides, the advantges, precautions, complications and contraindications of this medical maneuver were also discussed
