摘要
采用电渗析法研究了化学镀镍废液的再生工艺,分析了温度、膜间距以及物料流速对镀液中HPO32-的去除率以及Ni2+、H2PO2-损失率的影响。得出适宜的工艺条件为:温度26℃,膜间距5cm,物料流速25s/L。对再生镀液所得镀层的性能进行了测试,并通过扫描电镜和X射线衍射进行了微观形貌及结构分析。结果表明:在适宜条件下再生镀液所得镀层的性能与新开缸镀液所得镀层相近,其微观形貌与新开缸镀液使用至第三周期所得镀层的微观形貌相似,该镀层具有非晶态结构。
The spent electroless nickel plating bath was regenerated by electrodialysis. The effects of temperature, membrane interval, and flow rate on the removal rate of HPO3- and the loss rates of Ni^2+ and H2PO2 were studied. The appropriate process conditions were obtained as follows: temperature 26 ℃, membrane interval 5 cm, and flow rate 25 s/L. The properties of the coating obtained from the regenerated bath were tested, and the microscopic morphology and structure were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The coating obtained from the regenerated bath under the appropriate conditions has amorphous structure, properties comparable to that obtained from a fresh bath, and micro-morphology similar to that obtained from the bath used for 3 MTOs (metal turnovers).
