摘要
以国家专利局公布的电动车领域的11012项专利为研究对象,对26年间(1985—2010年)该领域的专利进行定量分析,揭示我国在电动车领域的专利状况。26年来电动车领域的专利授权数量增长较快,年平均增长率高达35%;在浙江、江苏、广东、山东、上海、北京、天津7个经济发达的省市已经形成了电动车领域专利研发的聚集区。但是我国电动车领域的专利研发还存在一些突出的问题:一是技术含量低,发明专利少;二是研发能力弱,主要以个人研发为主,大企业和大机构的专利研发较少;三是创新主体缺位,专利研发的产学研合作不够,高校和汽车产业界在电动车领域的专利研发中均没有发挥出应有的作用。
Based on the statistics and analyses of 11012 electric vehicles China patents in 26 years ( 1985--2010), the paper reveals the development of China patents in the field of electric vehicles. In the past 26 years, the number of patents has a larger growth, average annual growth rate reaches 35%. Economy developed regions have the large number of patents, such as Zhcjiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Shandong, Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin which have been formed agglomerations of the patent research and development. There are still some serious problems in China patents development. First, high - tech patents are fewer than low - tech. Second, patent research capabilities are weak, individual - based patent research is more whereas some companies with little or no patents. Third, university - industry cooperation in patent research and development is not enough, various universities and automobile companies do not participate in the field of patent research and development of electric vehicles.
