提升网络用户信息管理自主度的对策探讨

摘要 网络因其超链接特性发挥作用,利用全球脑智库便捷了用户的信息获取但也带来了负面影响,即造成用户目标失焦及重信息接受、轻思考的问题。这是网络发展的阶段性产物,由供求双方权力不对等所造成,主要表现为用户缺乏信息管理的自主度。随着网络的发展,对用户需求准确快捷的响应必将提升用户信息管理的自主度;重构用户在信息管理上的目标意识,改变用户的信息接受方式,从圈资源到以解决问题为目标提高信息的利用效率,将有效解决用户重信息接受、轻思考的问题。这离不开一个更开放的网络空间,需要三大网络实践主体——用户、技术供应商、网络平台的相互配合。 Internet can play its role because of the hyperlink feature. Such a feature makes good use of global brain think -tank, making it convenient to user's access to information. But it also has negative effects. The effects result in the loss of the user original target and the issue of placing value on acceptance instead of reflection. It is a stage outcome of the network development. It results from the unequal power in network supply and demand sides. It is primarily manifested as the lack of the user autonomy in information management. With the development of the network, responding the needs of the user in a fast and accurate way will enhance the user autonomy. It re - establishes the sense of target purpose and change the ways of information acceptance as well. The way changes from the storage of information to the target of resolving the problems, improving the information utilization efficiency. What's more, the change can also resolve the issue of placing value on acceptance rather than reflection. All in all, the discussion is about the user autonomy in information management. The realization of the user autonomy relys on a more open network space, needing the corporation between three subjects of network practice, user, network platform and network technology supplier.
