摘要
DEA模型是用以评价具有输入和输出决策单元相对有效性的常用方法,将其引入对江西省科技型中小企业技术创新基金的绩效评价中,通过对2005～2009年江西省创新基金验收项目数据的分析,考察江西省创新基金行业间投入产出的相对效率现状。结果表明优化江西省科技型中小企业产业结构,调整项目投入规模,提高项目投入产出效率仍是江西省需要努力的目标。
The DEA model is a common method to evaluate the relative validity of input and output decision - making. The article introduces it to Jiangxi province SME technology innovation fund perfonaaance evaluation. Through the analysis of Jiangxi province innovation fund projects data from 2005 to 2009, the paper investigates the relative input and output efficiency of Jiangxi province industry innovation fund. The results show that the optimization of Jiangxi province SMEs industrial structure, the adjustment of project investment scale and the improvement of project efficiency of input and output are still the targets Jiangxi province needs to struggle for.
