摘要
对2011年国际PCT专利的申请态势进行数据分析,从世界各国申请总量、公司企业申请量、高等院校申请量、各个技术领域申请量等四个方面进行深入的探讨,并对我国PCT专利申请特点进行总结并提出应对策略。
PCT system ＇,allows applicants to submit patent files to several countries in the same time as international patents, strictly inspection will be done as well to emphasis their value. The paper shows data analysis for 2011 PCT application, discusses applications number＇ s ranking of each country, company, university and fields of technology. Coping strategy for Chinese PCT feature is also summarized here.
