The Effect of Noise on Reproductive Function of Female Weavers

摘要 对某纺织厂接触噪声强度为100~105dB(A)的349名织布女工进行了生殖机能的回顾性调查。并以接触噪声强度<70dB(A)的女工298名作为对照组。调查结果,观察组月经异常率为46.7%,显著高于对照组,其自然流产、早产及低体重儿的发生率分别为4.6%、5.84%和6.46%,皆显著地高于对照组。乳汁分泌机能两组无显著性差异。 Three hundred and fourty-nine female weavers over 2 years working history in a textile mill(noise level>100 dB) were investigated for reproduction function by retrospective questional of menstruation, pregnancy history and breast milk excretion. 298 female workers exposed to noise level<70 dB(A) were similarly studied as controls. Results of the study showed that prevalence of abnormal menstruation in the noise exposed group were 46.7% Which were significantly higher thart those of the control group. The percentage of spontaneous abortion, premature delivery and low birth weight infant among the exposed group were 4.6%、5.84% and 6.46% respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the control group. No significant differences were found between the 2 groups in thepercentage of breast feeding.
