摘要
目的:了解江苏省昆山市早、中期孕妇营养相关的倾向因素与行为之间的相关性并分析其影响因素。方法:抽取昆山市妇幼保健所定期产前检查的590例孕妇进行现场问卷调查,采用方差分析、相关性分析等方法进行统计分析。结果:孕妇对饮食结构的知识掌握较差,城市居民、教育程度高的家庭营养知识得分较高,孕期营养相关的倾向因素和行为呈正相关。结论:孕妇的营养知识和行为有待进一步加强和改善,应建立和健全孕妇的健康教育机构,结合孕妇的经济、教育程度指导她们科学合理地安排营养膳食,达到促进母婴健康、降低母婴并发症的目的。
Objective: To survey the relationship between predisposing factors and behavior of pregnant women during premature and midtrimester of pregnancy and analyze its influence factors. Methods : A total of 590 examples were selected randomly from the maternal and child health care center of Kunshan, and were surveyed by self - administered questionnaire. Results : Their grasp of diet structure were poor. The pregnant women who lived in city or had highly educated had higher KAP scores. The correlation analysis demonstrated that the nutrition knowledge attitude and the behavior had positive relationships. Conclusion: Nutritional knowledge and behavior of the pregnant women should be strengthened and improved. The health education institutions should be established and improved, and guide them to ar- range their nutritional meals scientifically and reasonably in order to promote the women and children's health, reduce the incidence of mater- nal and infant complications.
