血清NSE测定在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病早期诊治中的临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨血清神经性特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)测定在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(Hypoxic Ischemicenc Ephalopa-thy,HIE)早期诊治的临床意义。方法:选择有窒息生产史的49例新生儿,分为轻度窒息组23例及重度窒息组26例,进一步将发展为HIE的新生儿分为轻度组12例,中度组10例,重度组8例,同时选12例同期出生的正常足月儿为对照组。检测生后2 h、第3天、第7天血清NSE水平。结果:窒息组与对照组生后2 h内血清NSE含量比较明显升高,重度窒息组与轻度窒息组生后2 h内血清NSE含量比较明显升高(P<0.05);生后2 h、第3天、第7天血清NSE含量比较,中、重度HIE组较轻度HIE组明显升高,重度HIE组较中度HIE组明显升高(P<0.05);HIE各分组于出生第3天与出生2 h内血清NSE含量比较升高,出生第7天与出生2 h内血清NSE含量比较减低(P<0.05)。结论:血清NSE能较早地反映新生儿缺氧脑损伤程度,可先于临床表现较早指导临床诊疗,对早期指导诊治新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病具有重要临床意义。
