摘要
分析了矿用镐形截齿的工况条件和失效形式,综合研究各种改进措施和技术手段,对进一步改进采煤机截齿的生产工艺,提高截齿的截割性能和使用寿命,降低煤炭企业生产成本具有重要意义。
The paper analyzes working conditions and failure modes of shearer pick-shaped cutter and studies improvement measures and technological means, which has significant influences on improving processing techniques of shearer pick-shaped cutter, raising cutting performance, increasing service life and decreasing cost of production.
