摘要
基于ANSYS Workbench Environment(AWE)的Design Simulation(DS)模块,对旋挖钻机筒式钻头Pro/E三维实体模型进行静力结构分析;并针对数值模型应力、变形分布特点进行结构、尺寸的优化及改进,通过对比不同结构设计方案,为后期筒式钻头的设计提供相应的理论依据。
The 3D solid model of core barrel of rotary drilling rig is built under Pro/E environment, and then the static structure characteristic is analyzed based on the design simulation (DS) under ANSYS Workbench environment (AWE);the optimization and improvement of structure and dimension size is also calculated according to the stress and deformation distribution character of numerical model, the comparison of different structural design scheme provides relevant theory preference for the future design of core barrel.
