摘要
输送带运输是煤矿使用较为普遍的运输方式。输送带铺设是带式输送机安装的重要环节,输送带铺设也是影响带式输送机安装时间的重要因素。针对人工铺设输送带方法进行了研究与分析,通过理论计算和方案比较,选择了合理方案。通过工业性试验,验证了合理的铺设方案有利于减少输送带铺设时间。
Belt transport is a more common use coal mine mode of transportation. Belts laid is an important link of installation of belt conveyor, belts laid is also important influence factor of installation time of belt conveyor. This article studies and analysis belt method of artificial laid, and choose reasonable scheme through theoretical calculation and comparison and solutions. Through the industrial test and verify reasonable laid scheme is to reduce time of belt laid.
