摘要
采用ANSYS对防跑车卧式缓冲器滚筒进行了有限元静强度分析,通过对滚筒定义单元类型、材料属性、进行网格划分,从而得到滚筒的有限元模型。载荷为滚筒上的钢丝绳绳圈对筒壳产生的径向压缩力与未缠绕到滚筒上的钢丝绳绳弦拉力,得出钢丝绳对滚筒的应力和变形分布规律。为防跑车缓冲器滚筒结构的进一步优化设计提供了理论依据。
The finite element static strengm analysis of the horizontal placed roller of anti-running car device absorber is used by ANSYS, the finite element model of the roller is made by defining on the roller unit type, material properties and meshing. The main load of the roller is the radial compression force which the steel rope loops on the roller and the force which the steel rope non-clinging to the roller, the stress and the strain distribution of the roller is derived from the static analysis. The analysis provided a theoretical basis for the further optimization of the roller design.
