基于ANASYS的防跑车立式缓冲器滚筒的有限元分析

摘要 运用Solidworks软件对滚筒进行实体建模,并导入ANSYS中对其进行静力分析,得出在钢丝绳不同工况下滚筒的应力和变形云图。结果指出,缓冲器滚筒在工作过程中应力分布较均匀,但钢丝绳缠绕在滚筒中间时应力较大,这为防跑车缓冲器滚筒的进一步优化设计提供了理论依据。 The different stress and strain picture of the roller under the different way of steel rope winding round the roller were derived from the model of the roller conducted by Solidworks and the static analysis on the model by ANSYS finite element analysis software. The analysis results pointed out the stress more evenly distribute when the roller working, however the stress is large in the middle of the roller when the steel rope winding round it. The result provide a theoretical basis for the further optimization of the roller design.
