双电机联接齿轮的有限元分析

摘要 针对采煤机截割部双电机驱动系统中联接齿轮受力状况复杂等特点,对联接齿轮的应力、变形以及温度场进行了研究。利用Pro/E与ANSYS软件建立了齿轮的有限元模型,运用有限元方法对双电机中间联接齿轮进行静力学分析与稳态热分析,得到了联接齿轮的应力分布以及温度场分布情况,并对结果进行了分析。 The stress, deformation and temperature filed of the connected-gear were investigated, aiming at the complex stress state of the connected-gear in the dual-motor drive system of shearer cutting unit. The finite element model of the gear was established by means of Pro/E and ANSYS. Then static analysis and steady state thermal analysis were carried on the gear. Finally, the stress distribution and temperature distribution were obtained, and then the results were analyzed.
