摘要
介绍了Fanuc 0i系统用户宏程序和椭圆极坐标方程的理论知识,研究了椭圆轮廓加工宏程序的编制方法,具有宏程序简捷、逻辑严密、通用性强、修改方便等特点。实践证明,对于传统加工中难以加工的非圆弧曲线轮廓,诸如椭圆弧、渐开线、抛物线或双曲线等轮廓零件的加工,若采用宏程序编制,其加工程序不但简练,而且加工出来的零件精度也高。
This paper introduces the theoretical knowledge of the Fanuc Oi system user's macro- program and the elliptical polar coordinates, and studies the methods for elliptical arc macro programming, which characteristic is simple, tight logic, strong commonality, easy to amend etc.. It has been found that the nocircular curve such as elliptical, evolvent, difficult to machine in the traditional processing, but in the use of machining parabolic and hyperbolic which is macros program is succinct, but also the processing precision of the parts programming, not only the is high.
