摘要
为了使普通卧式车床实现对较大球面的加工及实现加工精度要求,结合CA6140卧式车床设计了一种传动装置,并详细描述了该装置的运动原理及加工方法。经企业实际使用,该装置扩大了普通车床加工的工艺范围,工人操作方便,容易安装、调整和拆卸,安全可靠,在生产实际中效果良好。
In order to enable ordinary horizontal lathe to process bigger size and higher precision sphere parts, a kind of transmission device is designed in CA6140 horizontal lathes, and the working principle and processing method of the device is described. It was verified by enterprise to have good effect including more processing range, convenient operation ,easy installation, adjustment and remove ,safe and reliable.
