摘要
简单介绍了采煤机上电预警启动装置的硬件电路设计和软件设计,在完成前期设计的基础上,对电路进行了调试,并且根据调试过程出现的问题,在后期进行相应的优化设计。重点对电路的持续工作能力进行测试,即检测装置的低功耗性能设计。经过在实验室进行了连续地跟踪检验,低功耗设计要求完全能达到预期目标,可以满足实际生产的需要。
The paper firstly gave a brief introduction of hardware and software design as well as optimization design after circuit debugging, then put a little more emphasis on introducing functional test for sustainability of circuit, that's to say low power consumption. After follow-up inspection at laboratory for several days, we found that its performance could arrive intend goal and satisfy request of actual nroduetion.
