摘要
根据采煤机记忆截割的基本工作原理,解析了采煤机采高控制中各参数之间的数学几何关系。通过测量各个主要参数的传感器的应用,可以实现用采煤机摇臂摆角参数替代多变的工作面倾角参数的少人、无人工作面采煤机的记忆截割功能。
According to the basic working principles of memory cutting for the geometrical relationships between different parameters of mining height the application of the sensors which can measure the main parameters, the c shears, control hangeab this thesis analyzes for shears. Through le angle parameters of working face for shears can be replaced by the swing angle parameters of rocker arm for shears and the memory cutting for shears operating on fewer-man or manless working face can be realized.
