Design and Application of Simple Small Repair Filling Machine for Roadway in Special Geological

针对特种地质情况下,巷道顶板质量差、顶板承受压力大、局部巷道变形严重、顶板和两帮喷浆层经常出现开裂、脱落等问题,设计了1台简易小型巷道修补填充机,并成功应用于巷道修补中。实践证明,这种简易小型巷道修补填充机能够有效地适应在特种地质条件下的巷道修补,且无需额外铺设电缆,操作简单,节能效果显著,使用、维护方便。

A simple and small repair filling machine for roadway was designed to solve and overcome problems like poor quality of geological conditions and roof, large pressure act on roof, the different degree destruction of roadway, deformation of parts of alleys was serious, the roof and both sides gunitelayer gashed and sheded off. It has been applied in the roadway reparations successfully. The experiments proved that this simple small roadway filling machine can be adapted to repair the roadway in special geological conditions without string cables effectively, it＇s easy to operate ,maintain and save energy evidently.
