摘要
采用扫描电镜、失重试验、动电位极化曲线、拉伸试验等方法,研究了两种热处理工艺(T4和T6)对WCp/2024Al复合材料的抗腐蚀性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明,WCp/2024Al复合材料主要在基体中富铜相/贫铜区界面处发生点蚀。T4热处理显著减少基体中富铜相析出而大幅度降低了点蚀敏感性。点蚀对该复合材料的力学性能破坏显著,盐雾腐蚀试验480h后T4态复合材料的剩余强度优于T6态复合材料。
The corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of WCp/2024A1 difference heat treatment conditions were studied by SEM, electrochemical technique, mass loss test and tensile test. The results showed that WCp/2024A1 MMC suffered pitting occurring in the interface of copper-rich phase/copper- poor area. T4 treatment significantly reduced the precipitation of copper-rich phase and led to significant reduction on the pitting susceptibility. The effect of pitting in the mechanical properties of the composite was significant, the residual strength of the composite material in T4 state was superior to that of the composite material in T6 stare.
