HIF-1α基因第12外显子序列生物信息学分析 被引量：1

摘要 低氧诱导因子（Hypoxia—inducible factor-1，HIF-1）是细胞缺氧后产生的一种适应性的DNA结合蛋白，由α亚基和β亚基组成，α亚基受低氧诱导，既是HIF-1的活性亚基又是调节亚基。
