摘要
为了研究奶牛肠道致病性大肠杆菌的危害性,试验用人工感染小鼠的方法构建牛源肠道致病性大肠杆菌感染模型,并对其进行鉴定,研究其组织病理结构。结果表明:成功建立牛源性致病性大肠杆菌感染小鼠模型;小鼠在感染细菌后表现出一系列病理变化,如腹泻、反应迟钝、食欲减退、精神沉郁等,与自然发病的大肠杆菌病典型病例变化相似。
To study the dangers of the bovine pathogenic E. coil from cows' intestinal tracts, the method of artificial infection was ued to estab-fish the model of the bovine pathogenic E. coil infection in mice, and their tissues' pathological structures were identified and studied. The re-suits showed that the model of the bovine pathogenic E. coil infection in mice was successfully established. The mice showed a range of patholog-ical changes 'after infected with the bovine pathogenic E. coli, such as diarrhea, unresponsiveness, loss of appetite, depression and etc. It was similar to the pathological changes of typical cases in the natural incidence of e.coli.
