中美日法农产品流通现代化关键指标之比较

Sino-US-Japanese-French Comparative Study on the Key Indicators of Agricultural Products Circulation Modernization

美国、日本、法国等发达国家的农产品流通现代化是一个伴随农业现代化与流通业现代化的共生过程,经过长期发展,已经达到了相当高的水平,其农产品流通现代化模式比较具有典型性。我国的农产品流通现代化是一个追赶世界先进水平的动态过程,比较我国与美国、日本、法国农产品流通现代化水平存在的差距,有助于我们更加清楚地认识我国农产品流通现代化的发展阶段和努力方向。对农产品流通现代化的一些关键评价指标进行比较发现,中美、中日、中法在农产品流通规模与效益水平、流通组织与经营方式现代化、流通设施与技术现代化、流通体制现代化四个方面均存在较大差距,应当成为我国农产品流通现代化今后重点改进的方向。

Agricultural products circulation modernization in US, Japan and France is the coexisting process with agricultural industry modernization and circulation industry modernization. After the long term development, agricultural products circulation modernization in these countries has reached a very high standard; and the pattern of that is very typical. The process of Chinese agricultural products circulation modernization is a dynamic one to catch up with the world advanced level. By comparing China＇s agricultural products circulation modernization to that in US, Japan and France will be helpful for us to understand the current situation of agricultural products circulation modernization in China. By comparing some critical evaluation indicators of agricultural products circulation modernization, we can see that we lagged behind in terms of agricultural products circulation scale and level of profit, circulation organization and operation pattern modernization, circulation infrastructure and technology modernization and circulation institutional modernization, which will be the focus of the future improvement of China＇s agricultural products circulation modernization.
