内服橘络饮合外敷乳核散治疗乳腺囊性增生症对血清性激素的影响

Effect of the combined treatment of Juluoyin and Ruhesan on breast cystic hyperplasia to serum sex hormone

目的观察内服橘络饮合外敷乳核散治疗乳腺囊性增生症对血清性激素的影响,并探讨其治疗乳腺囊性增生症的机制。方法对50例乳腺囊性增生症的患者给予内服橘络饮合外敷乳核散治疗,并在治疗前后于患者黄体期用化学发光测定法检测血清性激素六项的变化,包括雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、垂体泌乳素(PRL)及睾丸酮(T)激素水平,并于治疗前与同期正常组对照。结果内服橘络饮合外敷乳核散治疗后患者雌二醇较治疗前显著性降低(P<0.05);其余5项治疗前后相比无显著性差异。结论内服橘络饮合外敷乳核散能纠正乳腺囊性增生症患者血清性激素的紊乱,从而达到治疗乳腺囊性增生症的目的。

Objective To study the clinical effect of the combined treatment of Juluoyin and Ruhesan on breast cystic hyperplasia to serum sex hormone,and to preliminary search for the mechanism of breast cystic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 50 cases of breast cystic hyperplasia were treated with Juluoyin and Ruhesan.Chemiluminescence assay was used to detect the change of sex hormone before and after the treatment during Luteal phase,including Estradiol,Progesterone,Luteinizing hormone,Follicle stimulating hormone,Prolactin and Testosterone.The results were compared with the normal group in the same period.Results The level of Estradiol was significantly reduced after the treatment in the group with Juluoyin and Ruhesan treatment（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference between the rest indicators.Conclusion Juluoyin and Ruhesan can achieve the purpose of treat breast cystic hyperplasia by correcting the disorder of sex hormone.
