摘要
目的探讨高分辨率CT(HRCT)在肺结核球诊断中的价值。方法收集50例经病理证实的结核球,均行HRCT检查。结果 HRCT平扫:50例病灶中大多边缘光滑、锐利,32例内部可见钙化,32例病灶周围可见"卫星灶",6例内部有空洞,5例见"胸膜凹陷征",并可见邻近处胸膜增厚。增强扫描:32例无强化,15例可见边缘包膜样强化。结论 HRCT的平扫及增强扫描对肺结核球的诊断有明显帮助。
Objective To explore the value of HRCT in tuberculosis ball diagnosis.Methods A total of 50 cases with pathologically proved tuberculosis ball were examined by HRCT.Results HRCT scan： 50 cases were mostly smooth edge,sharp,32 cases with internal visible calcifications,32 cases with the visible ＂satellite foci＂ around,6 cases with internal void,5 cases with ＂pleural indentation sign＂ and visible adjacent pleural thickening.Enhancement scanning： 32 cases were without strengthening,15 cases with the visible edges envelope enhancement.Conclusion HRCT plain scan and enhanced scan in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis ball has the obvious help.
