止痒水的质量控制及疗效观察

Quality control and clinical application of Zhiyangshui

目的制定止痒水质量标准并进行临床疗效观察。方法建立止痒水的制备及质量控制标准,并观察其对成人痱子和皮肤瘙痒症的疗效。结果樟脑的平均回收率为100.39%,RSD(相对标准偏差)为1.12%,临床有效率100%。结论止痒水工艺简单,质量可控,疗效确切。

Objective To set up the standard of Zhiyangshui and observe its clinical application.Methods Preparation and quality control standards of Zhiyangshui were built,and its curative effect of adult prickly heat and pruritus was observed.Results The average recovery of Zhiyangshui was 100.13%,RSD was 1.12%,and the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion Zhiyangshui is simple in preparing process,the quality can be controlled and the curative effect is definite.
