摘要
为提高浮空飞行器全寿命周期技术信息管理能力,减少技术信息出版物过程中的费用,通过对交互式电子技术手册(IETM)的介绍及其系统平台的选择,分析了运用公共源数据库的技术出版物国际规范(S1000D)标准制作IETM的开发流程,并结合某系留气球平台详细阐述了利用现有的、基于飞机型号研制的IETM系统平台制作装备IETM的方法。制作的某系留气球平台IETM提高了技术资料的共享性、交互性和重用性,充分贯彻了计算机辅助后勤保障理念中的"一次生成,多次使用的思想",促进了浮空飞行器保障的信息化和数字化。
To improve the life- cycle information management capacity of floating aircraft, and reduce the cost of technical information publication, through the introduction of Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) and the selection of IETM system platform, the paper analyzes the developing process of IETM by utilizing the international specification standard of technical publication in a common source database(S1000D). According to a certain tethered balloon platform,the paper also detailedly demonstrates the method of making equipment IETM by use of existing IETM system platform which is based on the type research and development of aircraft. The generation of the IETM of a certain tethered balloon platform improves the sharing, interactivity and reusability of technical information, and fully implements the concept of one generation and multiple use in computer aided logistics support, promoting the informatization and digitization of the floating aircraft security.
