摘要
设计了一个应用在航空VHF电台中的电调谐电路,利用ADS软件对电调谐电路进行了仿真,分析了电路各参数对电调谐结果影响,通过对实际电调谐电路测试和调试表明,在解决高频段信号衰减较大的基础上,电调谐电路模型能有效起到选频作用,对VHF电调谐电路设计及调试具有指导作用。
A VHF electrically tunable circuit was designed. The technique and process of simulating electrically tunable circuit was explained. Effects of each parameter of the circuit on the tunable result were analyzed. Based on solving of large attenuation of high frequency signal, the electrically tunable circuit model was availabe and feasible.
