国内旅游服务质量研究现状兼与国外比较

The Current Research on Domestic Tourism Service Quality and Comparison with Foreign Research

近年来,社会各界对旅游服务质量的关注度日益加剧,而相关研究也正成为国内旅游研究的焦点问题之一。选取了国内最主要的5种旅游类学术期刊,以改革开放以来的国内旅游服务质量文献为研究对象,总结了过去30年我国旅游服务质量研究的若干阶段,并在此基础上从文献研究对象、研究内容和研究方法等方面分析了当前旅游服务质量研究的现状。最后,对国内研究现状与国外研究进展进行了比较研究。

In recent years tourism service quality has been widely noticed and the related research has also been one of the key academic areas of tourism research.This article selects five main tourism academic magazines in China to conclude several stages of research in tourism service quality during past thirty years based on tourism service quality literature after reform and opening-up.It also depicts the current research on research objectives,research contents and research methods of tourism service quality,and compares with foreign research on these aspects.
