摘要
作为鉴别性胜任力要素,社会角色的准确定位及角色扮演水平,决定了角色扮演者的胜任力水平。当前高校就业指导课教师在角色定位及扮演中存在一定偏差,表现在:仅仅是生产者而非营销者,仅仅是教学者而非实践者,仅仅是指导师而非咨询师,仅仅是传授者而非研究者。基于提升胜任力的要求,就业指导课教师需要进行多维角色定位,并扮演好"生产者+营销者"、"教学者+实践者"、"指导师+咨询师"以及"传授者+研究者"等的综合性角色。
As a discriminative elements of competency,the exact orientation of social role and the level of role-playing can determine the competency level of the role players.However,there exist some deviations in the role-orientation and role-playing of the career guidance teachers.The role of the teachers is a producer instead of a marketer;just an instructor rather than a practitioner;only a mentor rather than a counselor;just a transmitter rather than a researcher.Based on the requirement of competency promotion,the career guidance teachers need to undertake a comprehensive role,and act as both a producer and a marketer,both an instructor and a practitioner,both a mentor and a counselor,both a transmitter and a researcher.
