护理干预对眼底出血合并高血压患者生活质量的影响

THE IMPACT OF NURSING INTERVENTION ON THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF HYPERTENSIVES WITH SUBHYALOID HEMORRHAGE

目的探讨护理干预对眼底出血合并高血压患者生活质量的影响。方法将眼底出血合并高血压患者121例随机分为干预组(61例)和对照组(60例),两组患者接受相同的检查与治疗,干预组在此基础上实施护理干预,对照组给予常规护理。观察两组患者治疗前及治疗1年后血压、眼底等指标,并采用生活质量评定问卷(GQOL-74)测定其生活质量的改善状况。结果干预组除视力高于对照组外,其余各项指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);干预组GQOL-74各因子分值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能提高眼底出血合并高血压患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the impact of nursing intervention on the quality of life of hypertensive patients with subhyaloid hemorrhage. Methods 121 Subhyaloid hemorrhage patients with hypertension were randomly divided into the nursing intervention group （61 cases） and the control group （60 cases）, and both groups received the same examinations and treatments. The intervention group received nursing intervention while the control group got routine care. The blood pressure and the recovery of eye ground were observed one yearlater, and the improvement of the quality of life were assessed by using the questionnaire （GQOL-74）. Results Except the visual acuity, the rest indicators of the intervention group were all significantly lower than those of the control group （ P 〈0.01）. The GQOL-74 factor scores of intervention group were all significantly higher than those of the control group （ P d0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of the hvpertensives with Subhyaloid hemorrhage
