摘要
基于Profibus_DP智能温度巡检仪使用一种更加开放的现场总线技术,实现了工业现场中分散温度测点的集中采集与处理,可以通过Profibus_DP主站配置智能温度巡检仪的测量周期、测量精度以及传感器类型。智能温度巡检仪以STM32f103微控制器为核心,由Profibus_DP协议芯片VPC3+C和16位AD转换芯片AD7709构成外围电路。从硬件和软件两方面进行设计与详细的论述,并进行了实验,结果表明,基于Profibus_DP智能温度巡检仪能够稳定可靠的运行。
The intelligent temperature logging device, which based on Profibus _DP uses a more open fieldbus technology and has realized centralized data acquisition and processing of distributed temperature measuring points in industrial site through the Profibus _DP master configuration of intelligent temperature data logger measuring cycle, measurement precision as well as sensor type. Intelligent temperature measuring instrument based on STM32f103 micro controller as the core, the peripheral circuit constituted by Profibus_ DP chip VPC3 + C and 16 bit AD conversion chip AD77091 We designed and discussed in detail in two aspects of hardware and software. The experimental results show that intelligent temperature data logger can be operated stably and reliably based on the Profibus _DP.
