摘要 本文重点对海洋石油111号(FPSO)的单点系泊系统中配重块的不合理结构进行了重新的设计,将原有配重块由两块设计成一个整体,并配有锚链卡、推动丝杆和锁紧销的新型结构。同时,对配重块修复技术方案进行了论证,采用配重链取代连续脱落的配重块,单个脱落的配重块由我们重新设计的新型整体配重块取代。全文阐述了主要解决的技术关键和创新点,并对配重块修复技术的研究结论进行了系统的总结。 This paper majored in redesigning clump weights in single point mooring system. The the unreasonable structure of traditional developed clump weight was designed as a whole with chain stop, pushing screw and locking pin. Meanwhile, evaluation of mooring system repair was made, and the conclusion was to replace a succession of lost clump weights with clump chains, and to substitute developed clump weights for isolated lost clump weights. The key problems in technology and innovation points were elaborated on. The research conclusions of mooring system repair were summarized systematically.
