摘要 应用断裂力学方法对含缺陷的海洋结构进行了工程断裂评定(ECA),阐述了工程断裂评定方法、步骤,探讨了如何获得更高的评定精度,同时应用MSSA软件给出了海底管道焊接接头断裂和疲劳评定的缺陷容许尺寸,并绘出相应的曲线。 Based on fracture mechanics theory, a procedure of ECA has been carried out to assess the safety of marine structure with defects. During the assessment, ECA processes are given in detail and the assessment algorithm is also discussed in order to achieve more accuracy. At the end of the article, tolerable defect size curves for submarine pipeline welded joints are presented to facilitate marine construction.
