摘要
目的建立薄层-紫外分光光度(TLC-UV)法测定栀子药材中京尼平苷的含量。方法在25℃测定京尼平苷在最大吸收波长238 nm处的吸光度。结果此法线性范围6.4~38.4μg/ml内,r=0.999 1,平均回收率为97.68%,RSD=2.72%(n=6)。结论用此方法可测定栀子中京尼平苷的含量。方法简便,灵敏和准确,结果可靠。
Objective To determine the content of geniposide in Gardenia jasminoides Ellis by TLC-UV Spectrophotometry.Methods Geniposide was determined at 238 nm with UV spectrophotometry method.Results The average recovery was 97.68 % and RSD=2.72 %,and there was a good linear relationship between mass of geniposide and absorbance within the range of 6.4~38.4 μg/ml(r=0.999 1).Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and accurate.
