栀子柏皮汤对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用及对大鼠的利胆作用研究

Protective Effect of Zhizi Baipi Decoction on Acute Liver Injury in Mice and Choleretic Effect in Rats

目的研究栀子柏皮汤对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用及对大鼠的利胆作用。方法采用四氯化碳(CCl4)引起的急性肝损伤小鼠模型观察药物的保肝作用;采用正常大鼠胆总管引流的方法,观察该药的利胆作用。结果栀子柏皮汤低、中、高剂量组可显著降低CCl4致急性肝损伤小鼠血清ALT和AST的水平及肝组织MDA水平,改善CCl4引起的小鼠肝细胞肿大、肝小叶中央区弥漫性多发性点状坏死和灶性坏死等症状,显著增加给药后60 min内正常大鼠的胆汁流量及胆汁内胆红素含量。结论栀子柏皮汤具有明显的保肝利胆作用。

Objective To investigate the function of ＂Zhizi Baipi decoction＂ in protecting liver and improving choleresis.Methods The model of mouse liver injury induced by carbon tetraehlofide（CCl4） were used to observe the effects of Zhizi Baipi decoction by oral adminstration,the bile volume was determined by normal bile duct drainage.Results Zhizi Baipi decoction could significantly inhibit the increased serum ATL and AST activities,reduce liver MDA level,improve the CCl4 induced swelling of mouse liver cells,and the diffuse multiple punctate necrosis and focal necrosis of the central area in liver lobules.It could significantly promote the bile flow and bilirubin in bile in normal rats after 60 minutes administration.Conclusion Zhizi Baipi decoction has effects in protecting liver and increasing bile secretion.
