摘要
为了给唐钢某气淬钢渣中铁的选矿分离提供矿物学依据,采用化学分析、铁物相分析、X射线衍射分析、偏光显微镜分析等手段对该渣进行了工艺矿物学研究,查明了该渣的物质组成及其中铁的赋存状态、嵌布特征和粒度分布。根据研究结果,指出该渣选铁时的目的矿物是褐铁矿、磁铁矿和金属铁,其中褐铁矿的分离需采用磁化焙烧或直接还原等方法,而磁铁矿和金属铁可通过常规物理选矿方法进行选别,但应采用阶段磨选工艺,且最终磨矿细度应小于40μm。
In order to provide mineralogical basis for the iron concentration from gas quenching slag of Tangshan Iron and Steel Company,the process mineralogy of the slag was studied by the means of chemical analysis,iron phase analysis,X-ray diffraction analysis,polarizing microscope analysis to identify the material composition,occurrence,dissemination feature and particle size distribution of the iron ore.The study results point out that the target minerals in the dressing tests are limonite,magnetite and metallic iron,among which limonite separation requires the magnetic roasting or direct reduction method.Magnetite and metallic iron can be separated by the conventional physical beneficiation method,but the process needs stage grinding with the final grinding fineness of less than 40 μm.
