Establishment and Application of QoE Indicators for Group Customers

摘要 简要介绍了QoE概念及指标体系,提出了使用权重法建立QoE、KQI和KPI映射关系获得QoE指标的思路,并通过中国联通移动分组网监控系统的具体应用进行论证。 It introduces QoE and its reference indicators. To obtain QoE indicators effectively, a weighting method of mapping between QoE, KQI and KPI is proposed. Furthermore, the scheme is well verified by applied to mobile PS network monitoring system of China Unicom.
