Status and Prospects of Gamma knife Treating Pancreatic Cancer

复习近几年胰腺癌伽玛刀治疗相关文献并结合笔者所在科室近几年所治疗的病例资料,对胰腺癌伽玛刀治疗方式方法、生存情况、现状及发展作一个充分的了解。随着基础、临床研究、放射治疗设备和技术的发展、进步,胰腺癌伽玛刀治疗得到了很大的发展并取得了良好疗效。胰腺癌伽玛刀治疗的发展虽然有了长足的进步,但为了更好地提高疗效、降低不良反应,还有许多工作需要开展。

The literature related with Gamma knife in the treatment of pancreatic and clinical data in our departments in recent years were reviewed to make a full understanding of the way,survival,status and development of Gamma knife.With the development of basic,clinical research and radiation therapy equipment and technology,Gamma knife in the treatment of pancreatic had been a lot of development and achieved good effect.Although the development of gamma knife treating pancreatic has been made substantial progress,there are a lot of work needs to be carried out in order to improve the efficacy and reduce adverse reactions.
