2例多发性内分泌腺瘤2A的诊治分析

摘要 1病例报告病例1,女,43岁,因阵发性头痛、心悸入院,BP 220/130mmHg,HR140次/min;既往10年前曾行双侧肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤切除术;行生化检查：血钙2.21mmol/L、血磷1.29mmol/L、甲状旁腺激素55.7 pg/mL、降钙素1250.3 pg/mL、血癌胚抗原42.8μg/L;影像学检查结果为左肾上腺区可见两个类圆形肿块影,边界尚清,大小分别为5.7cm×6.2cm、4.1cm×4.3cm,其中较大的密度不均匀，内部可见低密度灶，CT值约为22Hu.
