摘要
带外串联间隙线路避雷器已广泛使用在国内的输电线路中,但国内现行的有关带外串联间隙线路避雷器标准中并未规定续流切断试验的技术要求和试验方法,在带外串联间隙线路避雷器续流切断试验方面尚处于空白。结合国内某公司委托系统标称电压154 kV交流输电线路用复合外套带外串联间隙避雷器产品的型式试验,介绍了IEC 60099-8:2011标准及企业技术规范中关于续流切断试验的技术要求,阐述了续流切断试验回路的设计方案,分析了试验回路原理及保护回路原理,重点对保护回路中元件参数的选择进行了论述。该试验回路已成功地对额定电压144 kV带外串联间隙线路避雷器产品实施了续流切断试验,试验回路运行的安全性和可靠性得到了考验;从试验结果可以看出,符合IEC 60099-8:2011标准中的规定,但仍有不尽完善的地方。
Externally gapped line arresters have been widely used in the domestic transmission lines,but the domestic active standards about externally gapped line arresters do not stipulate follow current interrupting test technical requirements and test methods,follow currnt interrupting test aspects of externally gapped line arresters are still in the blank.Combined with a domestic company commissioned type tests of polymer-housed arrester with external series gap for the system nominal voltage 154 kV AC transmission line,the technical requirements about follow current interrupting test in IEC 60099-8:2011 standard and enterprise technical specification are introduced,the designs of follow current interrupting test circuit are described,the principles of test circuit and protection circuit are analysised,the choice of the protection circuit component parameters are mainly discussed.The test circuit has been successfully on the rated voltage of 144 kV with external series gap line arrester to carry out follow current interrupting test,the operation safety and reliability of the test circuit have been tested.It can be seen from the test results,it is consistent with IEC 60099-8:2011 standard provisions,but there is still not perfect place.
