新生代农民工已成为我国第二、三产业工人队伍的中坚力量,但他们的工资水平普遍偏低仍是一个不争的事实,这非常不利于中国工业化、城市化进程及社会共同和谐发展。在"民工荒"及老龄化加速引起的人口红利减少的背景下,提高新生代农民工工资水平、增加其劳动力供给具有非常重要的意义。文章阐述了新生代农民工工资水平现状,分析了其工资水平偏低的原因,并提出相应对策。

The new generation of migrant workers has become the backbone of China＇s secondary 、tertiary industries workforce,but the fact that their wages generally low is still indisputable,which is not conducive to China＇s industrialization,the process of urbanization and social harmonious development.It is important to improve the generation of migrant works wage levels、increase their labor supply,under the background of reduction of demographic dividend which is accelerated by ＂labor shortage＂ and aging.The article discusses the status of the wage level of the new generation of farmers,the reason for the low level wages,and the corresponding countermeasures.
