道德责任的可公度性及有限性分析

The Commensurability and Limit of Moral Responsibility

西方社会长期以来以绝对普遍主义的方式来对待道德责任问题,但是很少考虑道德责任的具体落实。随着社会多元主义的凸显,人们对自我权利的关注,道德责任的绝对普遍主义也多遭诟病,道德责任逐渐落寞。因此,为了重新获得道德责任的可公度性,本文在对道德责任普遍性困境分析的基础上,通过道德责任分层探求其可公度性及有效性的限度。

The western has been treated moral responsibility as absolute universalism,and rarely considered the specific implementation issues of moral responsibility.With the highlights of social pluralism and the attention of a sense of self,moral responsibility as absolute universalism is denounced,and moral responsibility is gradually lonely.Therefore,in order to regain commensurability of moral responsibility,this paper pursues commensurability and the limit of moral responsibility by analyzing the levels of moral responsibility on the basis of analyzing the dilemma of the moral responsibility universality.It provides two principles： minimum principle and the principle of tolerance.
