摘要
橡胶集料混凝土作为一种新型的节能环保混凝土材料,具有低弹模、高阻尼、大变形、能量耗散多和抗裂性好等优点。目前国内外的研究主要集中在材料性能上,对钢筋橡胶集料混凝土的结构性能的研究很少。从钢筋橡胶集料混凝土梁入手,在已有试验的基础上,对其在静力荷载作用下的抗裂性能进行了探讨和理论研究,推导出了钢筋橡胶集料混凝土梁的开裂弯矩的计算公式,应用其他研究者的试验结果对该公式的适用性进行了验证。计算结果表明:钢筋橡胶集料混凝土应用到结构中可有效地改善结构的抗裂性能。
As a new kind of concrete material of energy saving and environment protecting, crumb rubber concrete had many advantages such as lower Young' s modulus,high damp modulus, large deformation,better depleting energy and perfect ability of holding back crack.The research about it at home and abroad mainly focuses on the basic material properties.But, studys on structural behaviour of steel reinforced crumb rubber concrete for structurre were seldom reported.Based on the existing experiments of beam, analyzed the cracking resisrance of reinforced crumb rub- ber concrete beam under static load, and deduced a new crack-resistant moment formula.The calculating results using this formula had good aggre- ment with the experimental results obtained by other researchers.The study showed that the steel reinforced crumb rubber concrete could effective- ly improve the crack resistance of structure.
