摘要
为开发新型乡村经济建筑材料,大力提倡低碳节能,常温条件下利用自配激活剂激发生土、矿渣,研制成功了一种新型碱激发生土水泥胶凝材料。同时通过SEM、XRD、IR等测试手段对其水化产物进行分析,结果表明:其生成产物主要为低碱性水化硅酸钙、水化铝酸钙凝胶及方沸石。并用MS软件对生成产物进行了三维模拟生成,表明生成的产物具有致密的空间网络键接结构,此种结构必然在宏观上体现出优异的力学性能。
A new form of cement was produced by mixing raw soil, slag and a suitable amount of straw fibers with prepared activator during stirring.The preparation of the material was quite different from the normal one, which was produced just at room temperature and without baking. The hydration products were C-S-H with less Ca( OH )2, calcium aluminum and zeolite, which were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), IR measurements as well as MS software.3D simulation generated with MS software to generate product showed that the resulting product had a dense network of space bonded structure of such structures must reflect the excellent mechanical properties at the macro.
