大理石抛光粉制备低强度等级自密实混凝土的试验研究

Utilization of marble polishing powder in C30 self-compacting concrete

大理石抛光粉颗粒细小，可用作混凝土的掺合料，通过掺加大量的大理石抛光粉，可在保证胶凝材料用量（既保证自密实性）的前提下，制备成本较低的低强度等级自密实混凝土。采用大理石抛光粉替代部分水泥（10％～50％）制备C30自密实混凝土，结果表明掺加20％～30％的大理石抛光粉可有效改善C30自密实混凝土的流动性能、填充性能及抗离析性能，早期强度虽较低，但后期强度有较大幅度增长，可用于早期强度要求不高的工程中。

Marble polishing powder,consisting of ultra-fine particles ,can be used as a mineral admixture in concrete.Low cost self-compacting concrete （ SCC ） with desirable workability can be prepared by replacing cement by marble polishing powder.The feasibility of preparation of C30 self-compacting concrete using marble polishing powder was examined.The results showed that self-compacting concrete with 20%-30% marble polishing powder had desirable workability, filling ability, and sieve stability,although with relative low early strengths,the late strength of self-compacting concrete increased gradually.Thus, these self-compacting concrete could be used in where high early strength was not required.
