摘要
以锂渣为载体,通过复合添加剂y、减水剂j、缓凝剂a、缓凝剂b、引气剂z等多种材料,研制出一种适用于普通预拌砂浆的复合型稠化剂A,在此基础上,以M15抹灰砂浆为研究对象,对比评价复合型稠化剂A的性能。结果表明:添加复合型稠化剂A的M15抹灰砂浆出机稠度为110 mm,4 h后为70 mm,分层度为6 mm,28 d抗压强度为24.6 MPa,14 d拉伸强度为0.26 MPa,28 d收缩率为0.060 8%,该砂浆的施工性能、力学性能以及收缩性能均满足工程施工要求。
Taking lithium slag as carrier, a kind of complex thickener (A) for ordinary ready-mixed mortar has been successfully development by adding appropriate additive (y), water reducer (j), retarders ( a and b ) and air entraining agent (z), on this basis, the performance of complex thickener (A) was compared and evaluated base on M 15 plastering mortar.Results showed that, initial and 4 h consistency of M 15 plastering mor- tar with complex thickener A were 110 mm and 70 mm,segregation degree was 6 mm,28 d compression strength was 24.6 MPa, 14 d tensile strength was 0.26 MPa, 28 d shrinkage was 0.060 8% separately, these could completely meet the requirements of workability, mechanical and shrinkage properties for engineering construction.
