摘要
针对南水北调中线干渠部分存在大面积深厚卵石透水地基,进行现场帷幕灌浆试验防渗处理。以水泥黏土低流动性复合膏浆为灌浆材料,采用孔内浆体自凝封闭、自下而上分段纯压式可控的灌浆工艺,对灌浆效果进行了检测分析,得到了帷幕灌浆合理的灌浆参数和有效的灌浆方法,并验证了渠底卵石层帷幕灌浆的可行性,为大规模透水砂层防渗处理提供了可靠依据。
As large area deep and thick pebble pervious foundation laid in part of the canal bottom in the south-to-north water transfer middle section project, site curtain grouting experiments has applied to proof seepage.Taking the low liquidity composite paste mixed with cement and clay as the grouting material, adopting the paste self-solidifying sealed and the easy controlled from bottom to top segmentation pure pressure type grouting technology, detected and analyzed the grouting result, and got the reasonable parameter and effective method during the curtain grouting experiments.Then verify the feasibility of pebble layer curtain grouting of canal bottom, hence provide reliable basis for large scale permeable sand layer seepage-proofing.
