摘要
资源型区域面临产业单一、资源损耗、生态环境破坏等诸多发展难题。如何跳出资源优势陷阱?基于绿色发展理念与可持续发展理论,资源型区域宜选择绿色转型模式,通过产业绿色转型和经济发展方式绿色转变,步入资源型区域可持续发展轨道。这是介于传统的"黑色"发展模式与理想的"绿色"发展模式之间的"寻优"模式,经历"深褐色"、"褐绿色"、"浅绿色"的转变与跨越,最终进入"深绿色"发展阶段,实现经济发展与生态环境保护双赢,实现人与自然的和谐共处。
There exist many issues in resource-based regions such as single industry structure,resource wasting,ecological destruction and environmental pollution and so on.How to escape from resource advantage trap？ Based on green development and sustainable development theories,resource-based regions should select green transition mode,which step into sustainable development path by industry green transition and green changes of economic development mode.The mode is close to optimal development mode gradually between traditional ＂black＂ development mode and ideal ＂green＂ development mode going through ＂dark brown＂,＂breen＂ and ＂light green＂ stages.Economic development and ecological environment will win at the same time and human being and nature coexist harmoniously.
